On May 17th The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, St. Louis Chapter (AAFA) and Gateway FEAST (Food Allergy, Eczema and Asthma Support Team) sponsored a Food Allergy Fair at the Kirkwood Community Center. The event, which brought over 20 food-allergy friendly vendors, featured musician, Kyle Dine (www.kyledine.com), a Canadian musician who sings children folk songs about food allergies. The fair was well attended and provided information, support and awareness to families and individuals in need. Congrats and many thanks to all that helped make this event a success!
• Gateway FEAST and AAFA are pleased to announce the following PEANUT-FREE summer activities:
The River City Rascals have designated June 25 as Gateway FEAST Night at the T.R. Hughes Ballpark! All FEAST members and other food allergy supporters will have the opportunity to sit together in section 109. Additionally, section 109 will be designated as peanut-free every Wednesday home game. To purchase tickets please call 636-240-BATS.
Join us on July 21st as the St. Louis Cardinals face the Milwaukee Brewers. Section 328 will be peanut safe. To purchase tickets call 314-345-9500.
